Project Manager (Electronic / Automotive Manufacturing)

PROJECT MANAGER

Purpose of the position: Responsible for managing and directing projects throughout IMI Mx. This role involves leading cross-functional experts to deliver customer-focused products and services while supporting the development and implementation of project, pricing, and program strategies to continuously provide value to the business and its customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the electronic automotive industry and Core Tools.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management and NPI (New Product Introduction).
• Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the CFT to ensure compliance with customer-agreed targets.
• Communicate with external customers and upper management regarding project status and day-to-day activities.
• Develop and drive strategies to meet customer requirements and recommend IMI manufacturing and engineering capabilities.
• Review aggregate program proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding requirements, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation for various phases of the program.
• Act as a high-level contact for customer negotiations on contracts (in coordination with the corporate legal department), pricing (in collaboration with CSCM), and other business matters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.
• Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedules, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers and senior management.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, to ensure the project team meets customer requirements and adheres to cost control measures.
• Assess the causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to the project team to resolve issues.
