SAP Functional Process Expert (EMS / Electronics Manufacturing Services)

Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc., also known as IMI, is one of the leading global providers of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and power semiconductor assembly and test services (SATS) in the world.

We’re expanding our Global Supply Chain/Business Transformation team and are looking for SAP Functional Process Experts who will drive standardized, efficient, and technology‑enabled ways of working.

This role is ideal for someone from the global EMS space who combines deep SAP knowledge, operations/manufacturing process excellence, and a strong continuous‑improvement mindset.

• Mexico (MX)
• Europe (EU)
• Philippines (PH)

About the Role

As our SAP Functional Process Expert, you will play a critical role in optimizing how our organization operates across all SAP‑enabled operations processes ensuring that we fully maximize tools, systems, and best practices while embedding more streamlined, standardized, and effective supply chain processes globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Simplify and standardize workflows to reduce complexity and manual effort.
• Enhance the effective use of business tools and systems (with strong emphasis on SAP) based on business needs.
• Define and promote best practices and process standards.
• Support change management and user adoption for new processes and tools.
• Work cross‑functionally with Business, IT, Operations, and Transformation teams to implement sustainable improvements.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, drive completion of improvement initiatives, provide relevant feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong SAP functional expertise across multiple modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, FI, CO, QM, WM, etc.).
• Experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence.
• Background in EMS/electronics/manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving mindset,
• Effective communicator who can work cross‑functionally across regions and teams.
• Ability to lead process adoption and influence stakeholders.
