Project Officer Manufactura Electrónica

PROJECT OFFICER:

Purpose of the position: Coordinate of projects throughout IMI Mx. This role involves leading cross-functional experts to deliver customer-focused products and services while supporting the development and implementation of project, pricing, and program strategies to continuously provide value to the business and its customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the electronic automotive industry and Core Tools.
• Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Manages BOM and Item Code Creation, Routing set-up, Bill of Documents, WI for Incoming Inspection
• Leads and coordinates sample production
• Prepares FDPR and audit checklists
• Help PM to Track project budget costs (NRE and CAPEX)
• Liaises with customers, suppliers and other parties regarding technical and technological concerns
• Takes part in the preparation of technical specifications and working instructions
• Handles the documentation of the projects he/she is responsible for, including OPLs and General Project Information
• Ensures availability of equipment and other necessities of the project
• Supports QRQC and Lean Manufacturing
• Tracks Part Change Notification (PCNs)
